Module 2
Your Self-Worth Origin Story
After this module, you'll have a clear understanding of exactly where your low self-worth stemmed from as we cover trauma, childhood, shadows, and shame. You'll no longer be someone who's always overgiving, feeling guilty, second-guessing yourself - aka unconsciously yanked around by your limiting beliefs. You'll be someone who feels empowered and proud to be who you are. You'll be someone who's compassionate to yourself when you make mistakes and treats yourself with respect

â Recognize and release the shame of being highly sensitive. So many HSPs feel misunderstood, painfully different, and wrong for who they are⊠which causes a deep feeling of shame. Module 3
Relationship Deep-Dive
After this module, you'll know your attachment style, how to regulate your emotions, and express your needs in relationships with both non-HSPs and HSPs. You'll no longer be someone who gets anxious and triggered waiting for your boyfriend to text back, or always worrying if your friend is mad at you. You'll be someone who speaks up for yourself with confidence, approaches conversations with grace, and embodies the energy of "I am a GIFT for anyone to be in a relationship or friends with" because you know your worth.
Module Highlights:
â Learn how to have a healthy, satisfying relationships with both HSPs and Non-HSPs. HSPs make up 15-20% of the population, which means weâre the minority, so the majority of relationships we have will likely be with non-HSPs! This means itâs essential to learn how to coexist and thrive in relationships with both HSPs and our less sensitive counterparts.
â Get familiar with your attachment style and how it impacts the relationships in your life. Do you struggle with people-pleasing? Are you always feeling like a burden? Is it scary to share what you actually need? Weâre going to uncover WHY and then work through it here.
â Gain emotion regulation techniques. This plays a critical role in the satisfaction of your relationships! Itâll help you better manage those big emotions and not get so emotionally flooded during challenging conversations.
Module 4
Boundaries, Self-Trust, & Unshakeable Confidence
After this module, you'll know how to embody "I have my own back energy" because you'll be very clear on how to tune into your intuition, TRUST yourself, set boundaries without guilt, and feel confident no matter who you're around. You'll no longer be someone who feels guilty for saying "no" or second-guessing everything you say, wondering if you're being dramatic. You'll be that person who trusts what you say, trusts what you do, and walks into rooms with the type of confidence that immediately demands respect from others.

â Finally setting those boundaries! Weâll identify exactly where you need them, how to set them, and what to do if you receive pushback on your boundaries. Youâll also get a handy script to use for setting boundaries, so thereâs no guesswork here!
â Build your confidence and self-trust. Youâre going to learn how to stop second-guessing yourself and start leaning into your intuition. No more playing small and feeling insecure - weâre stepping out of that!

In 2017, I was suffering from chronic digestive issues called SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and Leaky Gut. I was working a highly intense, stressful job that I hated. And no doctor could seem to help me fix my gut issues (I saw three gastroenterologists, spent thousands of dollars in testing, without any luck).
It wasnât until I decided to try a holistic route and work with a Chinese Medicine Doctor that things finally turned around for me. In working with my doctor, I learned about the mind-body connection and the way I was carrying SO much stress, anxiety, and trauma in my body. I literally could *NOT* heal my gut until I healed the deeper issues inside of me.
The main cause of ALL of my stress and anxiety?
Low self-worth.
My low self-worth caused me to work WAY too hard in an effort to prove myself to others (literally waking up at 4 am to finish projects sometimes just to make my boss happy!)
It made me addicted to other peopleâs perception of me and Iâd spiral into anxiety if it even SEEMED like someone was upset with me or potentially didnât like me.
It made me a slave to external validation because I had such a low self-image that I was always hypercritical of myself any time I made a mistake and assumed other people only saw everything wrong with me, so I needed constant reassurance just to feel like I was âgood enoughâ.
Andddd it caused a lot of insecurity in my relationship because I never felt like I was good enough for my boyfriend at the time (now husband!) so I was constantly seeking reassurance, picking fights to make sure he still loved me, and feeling anxious & on edge that he might decide to leave me one day so I was always seeking evidence that something was wrong.
Before healing my self-worth, I thought that if I could âjust get the next promotion at workâ or if I could âjust get the right clothes and feel pretty enoughâ THEN Iâd be satisfied⊠then Iâd feel good enough⊠then I wouldnât be so insecure and anxious. But that never happened. I had to do the deep, internal work.
And on the other side of healing my self-worth?
My life has blossomed in unimaginable ways.
Because of my new, unwavering self-confidence and self-trust, I had the audacity to follow my intuition and start a blog, which led to me building a huge community of highly sensitive people, eventually quitting my job so I can do this work that I LOVE full time, and I have the absolute pleasure of impacting thousands of people and truly making a difference in the lives of HSPs all over the globe.
In addition to that, my relationship improved immensely. Theres no anxiety, overthinking, or picking fights. Iâm not constantly on edge or triggered; no longer feeling responsible for managing his happiness or mood.
Because through me feeling confident, solid, and certain in who I am⊠I recognize that I AM an incredible partner to my husband and I dropped the anxiety, insecurity, and âomg I hope he doesnât decide he doesnât love me!â because Iâm so confident and accepting in who I am.
